  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    – Click the Login button at the top right of the site

    – Click the “forgotten password?” link at the bottom left

    – Enter your email address and click request password – an email will be sent with a link to reset your password

    – Click the link in the email, there will be a prompt for you to enter a new password

    – You can now login with your new password

    Once logged in other account details including your password can be changed via the Account button at the top right of the site, for extra assistance please contact us at tnu-tr.newcastlelaboratories@nhs.net

     

  • How do I register with Newcastle Laboratories?

  • Why do I need to register for this website?

    It is not essential that you register with us – you can access all areas of the website except the Supplies Catalogue.  By registering, you will be able to access the Supplies Catalogue and order consumable items for your practice/organisation, ordering instructions can be found here

  • I haven’t received confirmation of my registration yet.

    It may take us some time to process your registration but you may have already been approved, please make sure to check your Spam email folder to make sure the message hasn’t been lost.

  • Do you provide laboratory services for non-NHS users?

    Yes.  Whilst we undertake laboratory testing for NHS hospitals regionally and nationally, we also provide laboratory services to a wide range of non-NHS organisations including occupational health departments in local government, police forces and academic organisations as well as to independent social research agencies, Premiership football clubs, healthcare waste specialists and research laboratories.

    Please download a request form here and forward to our laboratories with each specimen.

  • I work in a non-NHS organisation – how do I get my specimens to your laboratory?

    We can arrange local courier collection from your premises for specimens which must reach our laboratories on the day they are taken.

    When samples are suitable for overnight delivery, we can provide approved containers for the safe transportation of specimens by Royal Mail or national courier. Click here
