Blood Transfusion eLearning packages have now moved over to the national (3 yearly) training packages in line with other mandatory training. To find them search for ‘blood’ and you should get a list of 13 modules (Don’t worry, nobody should need to do all 13 modules!). Below is a breakdown of modules required dependant on role in transfusion.

Please Note: The modules listed above are the mandatory training required for carrying out the roles in transfusion however some of the other modules are of use if you work in specific areas for instance the Anti-D module for those in women’s services.
